Q) I've had many regular massage before, what makes Palm's Embrace stand out?
A) What truly sets me apart from other massage therapists, is the deeply intuitive approach I take with each session and individual. Clients consistently express that they've never experienced anything quite like it, I simply refer to - good energy and flow. In my work, I don't simply "follow a routine"; I speak to the body through my hands ("Palm's Embrace") attuning myself to its unique needs. With an in-depth understanding of muscle movement, and keen sense of touch, I am able to tailor each massage session to address specific tension points that you may have not even noticed. Often focusing on areas that other therapists may overlook. This personalized, attentive care ensures a truly transformative experience for everyone, providing both relaxation and a profound sense of healing and balance.
Q) How do I book an appointment?
A) You can book your session directly through the online booking system, or contact me via phone or email to arrange a custom experience. Advance booking is highly recommended, as appointments fill quickly.
Q) What should I expect during my first massage?
A) Your session will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your needs and preferences.
Q) Do I need to provide anything for my session?
A) For traveling services, I provide everything—including a professional massage table, fresh linens, premium oils, and soothing music. If you have any personal preferences (such as your own music or aromatherapy), you’re welcome to incorporate them into your experience.
Q) What should I wear during the massage?
A) You may undress to your level of comfort. You will always be draped professionally, with only the area being worked on exposed.
Q) Do you offer couples or group massages?
A) My most popular mobile services are Couples Massage and working with small groups/families.
Q) Can I customize my massage?
A) Absolutely! Your session is fully tailored to your preferences. If you have specific concerns, I will adjust pressure, technique, and focus areas accordingly. Please note that any technique outside of the service initially booked will incur price adjustments in accordance with any outside requests.
Q) Do you offer prenatal massage?
A) No. Please speak with your healthcare professional before receiving any massage and/or contacting a prenatal specialist.
Q) What is your cancellation policy?
A) I require a 72-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will forfeit any deposit made.
Q) What if I’m late to my appointment?
A) If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients’ schedules. Full payment is still required.
Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) I accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments such as Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and ATHMovil.
Q) Is gratuity included?
A) Gratuity is not required but always appreciated for exceptional service. Standard gratuity for massage therapy is 15-25%.
Q) Do you provide deep tissue or very firm pressure?
A) All of my massages are thorough, therapeutic, relaxing and gentle. Pain is not necessary for deep tissue relief, and I like to keep all of my clients in a range of 4-6 on a scale of 1-10 for pressure. This alleviates any irritation, bruising and soreness. If you require extremely deep pressure, please let me know in advance so we can determine if I am the right fit for your needs.
Q) Are there any health conditions that prevent me from getting a massage?
A) If you are experiencing any noticeable sunburn or skin peeling, your appointment will be canceled. If you have any medical conditions (such as recent surgeries, skin conditions, or circulatory issues), please consult with your doctor before booking a massage. Certain conditions may require modifications or prevent me from providing a session.
Q) What products do you use?
A) I use high-quality, all-natural massage oils and lotions, free from harsh chemicals. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let me know.
